Jaz and I have been part of communities of intentional couples. We've had people help guide us in our marriage, and we make time to check in with each other.
One of the questions I've shared is simple... do you still like doing the thing we agreed on?
Because an agreement deserves another conversation when life changes. Something that worked in one season may need a different approach in the next.
That is the kind of conversation I want to make room for here. You may be working hard to provide and wishing someone noticed what it takes. Your spouse may be wishing for more time with you. Understanding what each person means gives you somewhere useful to begin.

Keston Glasgow brings a background in high performance coaching, relational intelligence, and entrepreneurship. In his recorded workshops, he helps people look at recurring patterns, question assumptions, and practice clearer conversations.
His work at Purpose Waze connects personal growth with the person you bring home to your relationships.
Jaz
Jaz has hosted couples conversations alongside Keston, welcomed guests, and asked participants which conversations the experience had helped them start.
In those sessions, she has brought attention to daily practice and getting back to having fun, with room to begin one step at a time.
